We always strive to complete orders within 4-6 weeks. Please also allow for delivery time.
Details:

Give yourselves plenty of time to place an order, for production to be complete and also to distribute goods before carnivals/galas etc. The club is responsiable for giving Togz Australia enough time to produce the uniform order in time for such events.

We get very busy here and appreciate your patience when we are run off our feet. We understand that your uniforms are very important to you and your club however we deal with 100's of clubs on a weekly bases. We will always do our best to help you get your uniforms in time for a carnival or meet but please understand that we can only do our best!

Orders that are paid in full within 7 working days of the invoice being issued, your order will be placed ahead of other scheduled unpaid orders in date order. In most cases this helps speed up your order in production.

During the peak of the season we may need extra production time so please ensure you don't leave ordering till the last minute.

We break for Christmas for 3 weeks staring at the end of the third week of December. During this time there will be no uniform deliveries. Uniform shut down periods vary from year to year and are usually scheduled for May/June.

TOGZ AUSTRALIA LOGOS ARE PRESENT ON ALL UNIFORMS

Production Stages for Dye Sublimated Uniforms (custom):

Artwork - This stage is computer based and involves getting your artwork ready for printing. For placement designs the artist must size up your design using our computorised patterns for each size required in your order. Then they must arrange each size in a layout that will result in minimum paper and fabric waste once printed. For roll print designs the artist has the task of transforming your repeatative design into a seamless continuous roll print. Then when printed your design will simply repeat itself for the number of meters required. When this stage is completed once, your next order will skip this stage as all artwork required is all ready to go!

Printing - Using a high quality 1.5 metre sublimation printer, your design is beautifully reproduced in reverse onto water based paper using wax based ink.

Pressing - The paper print out of your design is then feed into a high heat roll press machine along with plain fabric. The heat from the machine adheres the ink to the fibres of the fabric giving you the result of a vibrant unique uniform print.

Cutting - Each size and style is hand cut and any other fabric required for the order is cut at the same time.

Vinyling - If your order requires a vinyl print (98% do) then your club name or logo is computer cut out of a thin durable vinyl material in your selected colour and then individually heat applied via a small heat press. The press fits 1 garment per press.

Machining - Now your garments are ready to be sewn. They must be pieced together, overlocked, rubbered, edged, top stitched and every join requires a bartac to hold each join securely.

Once your order is complete and is paid for, your order is put through our quality checklist and packed for postage.
